Brood boosting question

I lost a myrmecocystus placodops queen, but she left about 10 pupae when she died. I have a myrmecocystus semirufus queen with brood. If I add the placodops brood, is it possible she will adopt them?

The M. semirufus will almost definitely accept the cocoons.
