I’m assuming the reason why this keeps getting confused for a TarHeelAnts nest is the close resemblance to a Casita nest, however this is disproven due to the fact that the nest in question only has two levels while a Casita has much more than that. I think the seller’s nest is homemade. For reference, a Casita looks like this:
