I've recently caught a giant camponotus queen, and she keeps falling and slipping in her test tube and I have to tilt it to get her back on her feet. Is there any alternatives I should use?

Tar heel ants mini hearth is a really good one, works like a charm for my Camponotus CA02. I believe those Petri dish-plaster type starter formicarium works too

I mean if she's just having problems staying upright rather than say, being unable to turn around in her tube, you could just put a thin layer of soil/sand so she has a better foothold
