Philadelphia, black 7mm queen

Hello again!

There was a huge thunderstorm yesterday and today on our walk to school we found this black possible queen. The mid section is pretty small but I think I do see wing scars.

This ant is all black, with some white striping on the gaster. It was curling up in the test tube (mouth to gaster) which showed an obvious spike on the waist-part between abdomen and gaster. It can also walk up vertical glass.

Any guess on species?
