I found a bunch of queens and I have them in a tube, but I don't know what kind they are or if I should separate them. They don't seem to be hurting each other.

I would say keep them together. if you do see them attacking one queen and leaving another alone, then they are just killing the weaker queen and keeping the strongest queen.

Keep an eye on them for the time being

If you can't find talcum powder, alcohol and baby powder is basically the same thing and works just as well according to my friends who use both. In fact, most of them just use baby powder and alcohol or baby powder by itself (but baby powder by itself is messier since you'd be sprinkling it on the sides of the rim, so mixing with alcohol is ideal)
