Hello,

I am starting fruit fly cultures and would like to know where to purchase the poly fiber used in vented lids. Thank you!

Might've found what I'm looking for. I'm going to experiment with circular coffee filters.

Paper towel and a rubber band would accomplish the same thing.

True, although I prefer a more polished look. I am also going to see if I can modify the lids so I can dump out small amounts of flies and prevent escapees.
