Hello Formiculture!

So yeah, I'm quite new, i have currently no colony but will soon get one, recently bought a nest and foraging area so I'm real excited.

I've been interested in insects and especially ants since I was very young and since I've finally  got a thumbs up from my fiancee I can finally get ants :)

Been lurking the forum quite a bit and been using the chat and so far I must say that I love this forum and I'm looking forward losing alot of hours of sleep on this forum.

Regards

Manno

Hey there.  Welcome to the forum!  I am new myself.  I also bought a GroTube XL a few days ago, although my queens aren't ready to move in quite yet.  Hope you enjoy this forum as much as I am.

Welcome! You probably have a lot of Lasius there.

So many, at the moment, I have around 4-5 nests of them on my yard, and two nests of myrmica rubra.
