I had to do the riskiest thing I've ever done in my life, moving the colony. I know it doesn't sound risky but because no matter what I do they just won't move, I had to dump them out... I don't usually do this but since it is an emergency (there is a lot of mold in the tube, the water is running out and the larvae won't pupate) so I had to... I managed to retrieve the queen, all 3 workers, 3 larvae and 6 eggs (although there could be more). Unfortunately, some eggs are lost and I found a dead larva. 
I also found that they ate some of the larvae (possibly the ones that failed to pupate).

It worked! I saw a pupa! Also, it turns out I managed to retrieve 4 larvae so that's 3 larvae and 1 pupa

For some reason the test tube ran out of water, in just four days. I think I'll have to move them again before another larva fails to pupate.

Unfortunately, the larva from last post failed to spin a cocoon, my guess is humidity as there is no mold on the cotton, I added a little bit more water and let's hope the last larva will successfully spin a cocoon.
