Found this queen and her eggs are now developed and are going to hatch soon. This is day one of this journal. I have her in a normal test tube setup but with a  very small water portion since, 1 she is young and won't need too much now, and 2, these ants don't like humidity in my observations. The queen also has a decently hot heat mat but she enjoys it and puts her eggs there.

Ok so it has been a few days and the brood hasn't hatched but I gave the queen some freshly killed insects and she ate at it, drank its "juices" and even looking like she sprayed some formic acid, wow! Thanks for looking, comment if you have questions or.. anything else lol

Awesome, what do you give for sugars? Just the sugar water or do you use something else too?
