Ordering some protein for Camponotus Maritimus and semitestaceus from https://www.rainbowmealworms.net

What are the best things you'd recommend to order to feed these ants?

Thanks

I feed mine almost exclusively dubias roaches.

I do offer superworms and hornworms every once in awhile.

A variety is best. Mealworms, superworms, dubia roaches, and crickets would be a very healthy diet.

How about wax worms, silk worms, and spring tails?

All the Camponotus species I’ve kept go nuts for termites if you can find them.

Keep ordinary ants in extraordinary ways.
