If I lived in a country with these present, or Europe where I could just order them, I would get them in an instant.

This species likely does not weave silk nests. It's not in the subgenus cyrtomyrma, which are all silk weavers, and while it is myrmhopla, which have a few silk weavers like dives, this one doesnt remind me of any silk weaving species. More than likely they just nest in hollowed wood.

Edit: ignore this post, most myrmhopla do actually seem to weave silk nests but usually use debris to build a foundation rather than leaves.

Once you get workers, I would provide them a small naturalistic setup, or some other formicarium and just provide debris so they can customize their nest to their liking.

I was thinking something like that, though I think I will move them to naturalistic setup once they have almost 50 workers.

UPDATE #3 (17-12-2020)
The larvae haven't yet developed, but she has laid a few more eggs. I fed her some honey and she pulled out a bit of cotton from the cotton piece and drenched the honey in the cotton so as to stop the honey from dripping. I found this pretty innovative, many of my other queens have lost brood because of the submerging of the brood in the honey.

I could only take pics from this angle cause the test tube is dirty and it is tough to focus on the queen through the glass.
