How to Move Queen to Clean Mold?

I just noticed in two of my tubes that there is some mold growing. How does one go about removing the Queen and her eggs to clean this out? One queen only has eggs and small larvae while the other has a few eggs, lots of larvae, and a pupa about to be grown.

Don’t do anything until she has workers. A bit of mold on the cotton isn’t going to harm your ants in any way.
