I think she's another Camponotus floridanus but want to make sure with more experienced eyes.
I think I almost caught a Camponotus tortuganus earlier in the morning before this girl but sadly a co-worker was jokingly shouting at me and she dropped into some rocks where she quickly vanished.
I find it weird that in like May I saw what was likely Camponotus males in countless numbers but never saw queens. But now I've caught 2 and almost a third Camponotus queens but haven't seen any males recently. Could the queens be wandering to find better nesting spots?
