A Tripartite Sweat Bee I came across on 4/6/25 while I was visiting some vineyards in San Luis Obispo.
I love sweat bees, used to make refuges for them when it rains, it actually worked!
Currently keeping:
1x Formica subsericea, 35-40 workers + BIG brood pile + 10 pupa.
1x Crematogaster cerasi, 1 workers + finally some bigger brood (The worker that was dying died )
1x Myrmica ruba sp around 10 workers
*New* 1x founding Camponotus pennsylvanicus + eggs that die (probably infertile)
*New* 2x Camponotus nova, one is infertile
*As you watch your ants march, remember that every thing begins with a small step and continued by diligence and shared dreams*
-A.T (which is Me)
The carpenter bee looks so cute in the crevice your hand is forming lol

Honeybee swarm in South Korea! It's my first time seeing one and I knew I had to run back home to grab my phone for some pictures!
They were swarming in a dry drainage ditch so I'm a little worried for them. Hopefully there won't be rain!
Also, they happened to swarm on an ant trail, so I could sometimes see them nipping at each other.
