Okay so my Camponotus sansabeanus have been hiding in a mini-hearth-like set up's corner not growing, and I read somewhere that Tetramorium can use a break, so when the weather turned cool I finally put those three in the garage. Except I looked today and they are still moving around. The garage daytime temp looks to be mid-low-60’s (F) so between 15-19C I guess. Too warm? Should I put them in the fridge? I was told Tetramorium immigrans don’t even need diapause. Actually I have now heard this of all the colonies I have (including sansabeanus, V. pergandei, P. californicus, and C. fragilis). Should I just bring them back inside and stick em on the second heating mat?
