So I've been working on cars for the last year, and I have to do alot of complete removal of car windshields then install new ones.

Anyways, during spring and summer I find entire colonies living inbetween the winshield and (penchweld) frame of the car. I have also found Red Imported Fire Ants on a car from Florida and I'm in NC. Also Black crazy ants nested inside peoples car from out of state.

Has anyone else seen this before??

I've never seen it personally, but I've heard similar stories. It doesn't surprise me though.

That's probably how a lot of the species mentioned spread from state to state.
