I agree with hypoponera opacior. She is semi claustral so you need to feed her. I sould also recommend putting soil in the test tube for added humidity. Go to the full post

5. Coloration: Shiny Black
6. Distinguishing characteristics: Mandibles triangular shaped, Antennal Clubs

just treat them like any other ant colony. These guys do have s particular liking for springtails though.

nein, dead insect parts are best

springtails are only good for large colonies
