I am in Virginia and permitted to ship the following species into the state.

Camponotus americanus

Camponotus castaneus

Camponotus chromaiodes

Camponotus noveboracensis

Camponotus pennsylvanicus

Formica pallidefulva

Formica subsericea

Lasius neoniger

My permit number is P526P-19-04140. I am presently interested in purchasing the species in bold. If you have these species available for sale and are comfortable shipping to my location, please DM me and I would be happy to share the remaining details of my P526 permit. Please note that you will be required to include a copy of my permit in the contents of your shipment.

Thanks!

USDA APHIS states that the recipient should apply for the permit as the recipient is responsible for containing the regulated organism.

How exactly do you get one of these permits? Is it the thing where you just call APHIS and ask them for one?

Formica pallidefulva, Aphaeogaster cf. rudis

I believe you can sign up on their website. Yet there is no guarantee your application will be accepted.
