Also is odontoponera single queen colony cuz what if both queen lays egg?
No, I don't think that odontoponera is a polygenus species. If both lay eggs, then you can release one.
Nvm I'll just buy a made one so I don't have to struggle Makin one
I'll buy this
Don't buy a large formacarium straight away, the ants may not find their way to the outworld, they will pile up garbage in the free nest spaces which create mold, which can harm or potentially kill your ants.
Idk if odontoponera use formicariums. My mom has never heard of plasters.

You don't actually need plaster to make your own, there are several tutorials on how to make simple formacariums, and you can easily make your own by using a tubs and tubes setup.

I have this guy who makes 3D formicariums for $20 for a 4 inch x 4 inch which isn't bad.
Maybe look on craigslist in your area?
Also, Crystals does an amazing tutorial on all sorts of formicarium builds on the cheap:

I think you'd be better off not choosing a plastic nest, from what I hear the more primitive ants like Odontoponera tend to do better in more natural materials like dirt or plaster. I would recommend a Mini-Hearth, but I don't know if you can get that in the Philippines, so maybe try the Small Ant Tower dirt nest from AntsCanada.

Is it possible to block off all the chambers except the one attatched to the outworld?

Try a "tubs and tubes" setup; look up Ants Australia, as he has a Youtube tutorial on it. Should be really cheap, and as long as she had some dirt for comfort it would be fine.

Yes, you can use plaster of paris. Find a tutorial on this forum. You will need to be careful of mold though.
