Hello everyone I wanted to ask some of you guys what I could feed my young ant colony of brachymyrmex patagonicus (6 workers) other than insects for a protein source. I am currently unable to have feeder insects so I wanted you guys to tell me some of the other alternative protein sources that could feed this colony.

I am currently giving them a small piece of cooked chicken meat and sugar water every 5 days.

I really appreciate your help!!

Chicken is fine, as is fish (apparently) and most other protein(be wary of smell though)

For some species seeds are also accepted

If anyone has kept Brachymyrmex and knows anything about their preferred foods, could they let me know?
