CA bay area, what Camponotus species?

Just bought this Camponotus colony from a seller claiming that they're Camponotus maritimus. Is that correct?

Date: June 26, 2019

Location: California Bay Area


Body color is hard to tell; It seems that the nanitics' thoraxes are a slightly brownish color, but very hard to tell because their whole body is very dark. However, I can say that their legs are definitely a brownish color, a lighter shade than the thorax.

Picture attached (just one because it's about the only angle I can get right now)

We need measurememts to get an ID. Using the ID format is needed to make an ID. She does seem like maritimus to me though.

Species being kept:

 

 Solenopsis "plebeius", Camponotus maritimus, Formica cf. subaenescens, Formica cf. aerata, Lasius cf. americanus, Lasius aphidicola, Lasius brevicornis, Lasius nr claviger, Nylanderia vividula, Temnothorax nevadensis, Temnothorax chandleri, Temnothorax arboreus Solenopsis validiuscula, Solenopsis truncorum, Solenopsis xyloni, Formica perpilosa, Formica cf. lasiodes, Formica cf. neogagates Pogonomyrmex californicus, Pogonomyrmex salinus, and Myrmecocystus testaceus!!!!

 

Hoping to find this year:

Myrmecocystus, Liometopum occidentale, Camponotus essigi, Camponotus fragilis, Manica bradleyi, Formica perpilosa, Pheidole hyatti, and a Parasitic Formica sp.

 

People are stupid. It explains a lot...
