How does one edit the topic heading? (Solved)

I just thought that it would be nice to know, 

 

I see others do it and it boggles the mind as to how to get it right....?

1. If you are using a computer internet browser click on edit at the lower right hand corner of your post.

2. After the edit page loads click "Use Full Editor"

3. Change what you want from there and save. Hope that helped. (y)

NOTE: If you are using a tablet you don't need step two
