Today there was a small ant war again in my garden.

 

Lasius cf. niger couldn’t accept that Myrmica sp. had already occupied the sugar water.

 

After first scouts discovered the food source, reinforcements were recruited.

 

Despite being outnumbered by the Myrmica sp. workers, Lasius niger workers managed to drag away and kill Myrmica sp. workers with their formic acid.
