Will my termites survive in here or will they die?

Please try to embed your photos, as many (including myself) refuse to click on outside links. :)

Termites need cellulose. They will eat the cotton and drown. Give them clean wood, paper, or cardboard.

Those pictures aren't good enough for an ID. For the most part Termitidae species are fully claustral and would do better with some substrate or in a smaller space. If they're a Rhinotermid or anything else really than yes they will burrow into the cotton and drown themselves

Their setups already have paper, they are in the setups with the paper
Fast forward to now and 2 of them have eggs, 1 with 2 eggs and the other one has 3 eggs(the last one didn’t lay yet)

If you did'nt change their setups, add more paper and have less empty space for a larger and healthier colony. Termites are able to judge their amount of resources and lay eggs accordingly.
