Cricket powder / soy protein powder / Oecophylla broods & pupae.

Treat your ants salt once a month. just a little.
I always give them dried saltwater baby shrimp.

I assume to get liquid, you rehydrate with water?

Is the salt a byproduct of your region? This is the first I've heard this suggested.

yes i rehydrate the powder with mineral water, not distilled.
