I searched as hard as I could and eventually found 4 P. Imparis queens. I've never had success with these queens and they seem like difficult ants to care for, amd I heard that polygyny really helps them get a jump start. So, one of the queens has a dent on her gaster and I'm pretty concerned, since I heard that gaster injuries dom't really turn out so well, so I'll be keeping an eye on her. The other 3 queens were found about 5 and 4 inches withing proximity of each other, and I had to keep them together since I had only one container. They seem to get along VERY well, since I always see them grooming each other. Should I keep these queens together or seperate them? I'm out of test tubes so I'm keeping them in a deli cup and they're all huddled up together underneath the paper towel, so I'm personally leaning towards keeping them together.
