Hi,
I like the way this cosmetically.
What material is the bottom or chamber base made of?
How do I add H20 to it?
What would total cost be to Florida 32712 ?
Kindly,
J.R.

Hello the whole formicarium is made of acrylic apart from the bolts and foam circles. The foam circles are for hydration. Water can be added from the outside. The whole Formicarium is designed to be completely cleaned, easy to access, escape proof, mould/chew proof and nice to look at. Postage to USA will be around £12-£15 sterling. I can custom make these nests to size, shape and other requests. Thanks for asking.
Species kept; Lasius Niger, Flavus, Brunneus, Emarginatus, Umbratus, Formica Fusca, Sanguinea, Rufibarbis, Camponotus Ligniperdus, Myrmica Rubra
