Hi! This is my first wild caught queen and I'm super excited!
I live in Southeastern Wisconsin, she was wandering on the pavement by herself. Approximately 20 mm.

Looks like a Myrmentoma group Camponotus queen (C. nearcticus or C. caryae) judging by her size compared to your fingernails.
Also, I am fairly certain that 35mm is a tad high, unless this is the largest Camponotus species in the US and you have enormous fingers. Might be worth double-checking...

that’s definitely not myrmentoma. Way too large. It’s probably camponotus herculeanus or pennsylvanicus.Looks like a Myrmentoma group Camponotus queen (C. nearcticus or C. caryae) judging by her size compared to your fingernails.
