Other than the fact that they're arboreal, not too unusual. Female alates are wonderful looking, but normal workers are the general body shape for Camponotus.
I thought I'd start a thread dedicated to wierd and/or cool looking ants.

Not sure if someone clarified already, but that is not actually a real ant. It is a mix of a bunch of stuff. Odontomachus head, Dorylinae antennae, probably some Myrmicinae body. It's pretty funny.
