Ant ID please, from Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico (May 12, 2018)

Body:
1. Location of collection In a resort near Tulum, Mexico

2. Date of collection May 12, 2018
3. Habitat of collection a lot of vegetation, near the beach, very humid weather
4. Length around 5-6mm
5. Coloration, hue, pattern and texture brown with some black spots in her body
6. Distinguishing characteristics 
7. Anything else distinctive 
8. Nest description

9. Nuptial flight time and date May 12, 2018, in the morning after a day of rain
10 . Post the clearest pictures possible of the top, side, and face of the ant in question, and if possible, their nest and the habitat they were collected in.

Pics below. In case it's hard to ID with these pictures, I'll try to get better ones.

It looks like a species of Pheidole. You probably already know that though, and I can't help you on the species.

I guess both of you are right, she looks like a Pheidole. Any idea about the specific sp?

She reminds me somewhat of a Monomorium queen, but her thorax suggests otherwise.
