Ant queens or workers with twitching legs? What are some of the possible causes? Are there any cures?

They are poisoned. That's what an ant sprayed with Raid looks like.


Species I keep:

 

1 Lasius cf. Neoniger 30 workers

1 Camponotus sp. 15 workers

20 Tetramorium SpE 30 workers

1 T. Sessile 200 workers

If she can handle it, give her a very short bath. That is, if your ant is hardy.

Not nessecarily. All of my Camponotus, Fornica, and Aphaenogaster twitch theor legs a lot. It looks like they are wobbly. It is normal behavior ifit looks like wobbly legs I believe.
