maybe it works well, but it looks a little bit sterile to me. Some features like water supply, feeding etc are well considered and it seems to be a good way to keep ants in a controlable habitat.

Thanks for your feedback. There's a lot of finishing work to do. I doubt it will look very much like the computer renderings when I'm done with it.
The foraging area and founding nest will be released first, with the main nest modules following some months later after additional user feedback is obtained. Because the format of all the modules is so similar, a good founding nest should be a good indicator of how well the larger primary nest modules function.
