Just saying, Pheidole metallescens and floridana alates are hard to tell apart, a general rule of thumb is that metallescens fly at night and floridana in the morning. If you're catching them in the morning there's a good chance its floridana

EDITED: got metallescens and floridana flight times mixed around, metallescens = night floridana = morning
