Subterranean termite reproductive question

Well i caught around 35 sub termite workers 5 solders and 8 reproductive nyphs 3 of which have become slightly orange brown with a reddish bottom are these reproductives.

Also i caught these around 4-5 months ago and the setup is
2 cem of potting soil then 2 cem of ground up wood then this repeated two more times
