I ask this of you because with the information you have presented, it will be difficult to get an accurate identification for you.

 

With that out of the way and with what you have given, I think it could possibly be from the Nylanderia genus or Paratrechina longicornis.

I'm not sure the angle of the photograph is adequate to rule out dolichoderine genera like Tapinoma or Technomyrmex.

Can't be Nylanderia since most Nylanderia sp. fly after Prenolenpis Imparis, at least here in the NE. I also know this guy from a discord, he caught this from a blacklight I think, so that may help rule out some.

Interesting, the Nylanderia down here have been seen flying into August.
