This moth randomly landed on me in the morning as I was walking my dog at 10:45 this Sunday. I was walking through a dense forest along a small river. It flew away right after I took the picture so no measurements but I don't think that's very necessary for a moth ID. I love the color of those deep blue "eyes" on its wings.
