i was wondering how much people would pay for a colony with over 10 queens, maybe around 15

Depends on the Myrmica species. Myrmica rubra are so common that at any moment I could flip over a rock and probably find a colony with at least 10 queens at the surface. So any species other than rubra could probably fetch a nice price. Then again perhaps somebody is looking for a large colony quickly and doesn't want to deal with thousands of stinging wild rubra workers so they may also pay.
