Looks like this is a bit of an older study, but still pretty interesting to see how food science is actually performed/reported on! I wonder what the updated data is like? I have access to some journals through my college, perhaps I'll look into that.

 

I noticed Chirps were finally for sale at my local King Soopers, so I bought some! But, I haven't tried them yet..  :thinking: I'm sure they'll just taste like cheese powder, though.
