Just looking for other Nevada ant keepers.
If you have any strategies that you've tried for catching queens after nuptial flights, I'd appreciate any suggestions.

The only way I've found some this year is through digging up claustral chambers. I haven't actually see any queens running about above ground.

I know there are two other ant keepers around here that post on other forums, but I thought I'd try my hand here.

Just found a pavement ant (tetramorium caespitum) queen in Reno! Walking around on the ground, mid day in the shade. First find of the year!

Anyone else finding ants?
