Found 5/2/18 in a potted plant 

three queens 6mm all black

about 300 workers 4mm all black but as they feed the gastor enlarges and reveals three light bands

Plagiolepis is not present in the Americas.

Thank you, from reading up on Tapinoma sessile i believe this id to be correct even the listed scattering behavior on Tapinoma when disturbed was observed.
