Australian Queens caught ID needed.

Hi everyone,

I caught 3 queens a couple of days ago and I'm not to sure what they are. Any help would be appreciated. As you can see by the images they have all laid eggs.
They were all caught in Wollongong Australia on 26/10/17.

How big are they? As in body length.

They are approximately 6-7mm in lenghth.
