Mendex queen died

Well I'm sorry to say my 2 year old queen had died today. I was planning on moving them to a bigger nest here soon. I moved all her brood over to another colony. She had About 300 workers total. I even did some heavy culling or it would have been out of control. Out of 24 Queens this year only 4 have been where they need to be. I really liked this large group and will miss watching them.
