1. Floating on leaf in pool

3. back yard, suburban neighborhood
4. about 5mm
5. orange Brown color, is bright orange/yellow gaster
6.None
7. None

Looks like a Solenopsis molesta Queen.

They've been flying constantly for the past two weeks. Keeps your eyes open and you'll probably find more.
