My Camponotus pennsylvanicus queen is laying eggs and they have made it to pupa and then nothing they are not maturing any tips on what maybe wrong what I might need to fix appreciate any help I can get it's my first queen

Pupae take a long time to mature sometimes. Give them another month if you have to.

To also confirm, my C. pennsylvanicus workers took around 3 weeks, with heat around 80-85°F, to eclose after turning into pupa. It can take longer with no heat. Just gotta be patient. You can tell they're getting ready to eclose when the pupa start turning a grey-ish color.

Alright thanks mine are at room temperature​ which is around 75°
