Yes they do 
I gave them meal worm but I never saw them eat it, but it could be that they got everything they needed from the mealworm?

Camponotus sansabeanus, 8 workers and 10? larvae, no pupae at the moment.

A colony that small doesn't need a whole lot of protein.
Also, a lot of Camponotus are nocturnal, so you simply might not be seeing any foraging behavior.
I know that the C. sansabeanus here are nocturnal, at least during the warmer parts of the year.
