I think the question is simple- where to find these insects?? Here I can't just buy them so please tell me how to find them! As far as I know there are some DIY lemon traps for fruit flies, but is there any matter of the species of the flies? Can I catch fruit flies which you use to feed your ants and also, how much should I give them? About springtails someone told me they live under moist rocks, but I saw there are some special species of them (brown, white, red) and what is the difference between them, what do they do? So I do not know much about isopods' job but if you could tell me what their job is I will be very thankful!

Ilook for Isopods under rocks, logs and in leaf litter where it is very moist.
