Ponera pennsylvanica or Stigmatomma pallipes is my best guess, the picture is a bit blurry it's been some time since I've last seen Stigs.  They're like wasps on d r u g s, iirc primitive ants.

Pheidole Tysoni, Selonopis Molesta, Brachymyrmex Depilis, Tetramorium Immagrians, Prenolepis Imparis, Pheidole Bicirinata
