The more discord chats we have (Which I believe the record has arisen to four currently on this site) the more thin the community will be spread out, in the long run either one chat will triumph (most likely one with a small dedicated user group and a sense of professionalism & credibility) or most of them will eventually die down.
I'm not sure how discord works but if it's anything else like on the internet that's the path these chats will likely take.
