The north remembers!! Its a Game of Thrones reference if you don't know. These girls are much like the Starks from the show, they started off big and powerful, but had disaster strike them again and again. Before i got them she had ~25 workers and large brood pile, however when she was on her way here she got too cold. Once I had Got home and checked on her.. i saw death...  She lost about half her workers due to the cold. As time went on i noticed something.. the eggs seemed very yellow and not growing. All my other colonies had the queen laying and actively foraging.. yet the Starks just sat in the nest. Weeks went by and no egg growth. She did finally lay a batch of eggs.. but it was only 4. I even considered selling her, since she wasnt being productive or anything. But as fate would have it i reconsidered at the last moment. That night she laid a batch of ~30 eggs. I had also noticed that her dead egg piles had gotten alot smaller over the last couple weeks. It finally clicked! Those eggs had died and the colony had been eating them instead of foraging! As you can see she is about to have a nice little worker explosion and all seems well with this colony.

small update on these girls. for some reason they have moved into the water tube in the outworld.. i watered all the nests today and I'm hoping that gets them to live back in the nest with the heating cable.
