Unless you have permits that is illegal.

I'm not to sure, but I know that in many places in asia and europe have little restrictions of buying/selling queen ants. The USA has by far the strictest regulations for the ant trade.

That is true inside of a set area, but definitely not true between continents. Remember the Kenya smuggling bust a few months ago?
